A resilient platforms system, reacting to the surroundings’ vectors and fluxes, creates a new approach to the almost “new Chinese classical” of the “city complex” typology. The cantilevered slabs enable both terraces and shaded areas. The three twisted tower emerge from the basis with an organic movement and rotate to get the best views and the best sunlight incidence.
