The project proposes a complete renovation of the spatial concept of the apartment. Two clear boxes organize the layout and embody the most private uses: bedrooms and bathrooms. Pure, raw materials as concrete, solid oak and laquered DMF create an idea of interior façades for the in-between more public spaces: living room, dinning room and kitchen, all of them connected in a sequence of spaces.
Simple operations, such as changing the entrance point from the common areas of the building, or rotating the bathrooms pieces around the black water drainage systems, enabled a wider degree of freedom when designing the layout.
A great glass sliding door links the kitchen and the dinning room, enablig a cross ventilation for the main living areas.
