Complete refurbishment of a luxury apartment at the shore. A flat with an impresive view that we rehabilitated into an avant-garde residence. Once again, the idea of boxes inside boxes organizes the space. Raw, natural-finished, materials set the texture of the space: raw, solid, oak; bamboo flooring for the outdoor spaces, deep matt black boards. The impresive terrace and solarium enable an exclusive view upon the shore, creating the space for the jacuzzi and the rooftop canopy.
