The project crystallizes at the river banks, resembling logics borrowed from water chemical processes. A completely computerized urban layout (designed with rhino+grasshoper) able to respond to the inputs during the design process, enabled a full control of complex shapes. Almost like a one-to-one-scaled map, the new development integrates human fluxes, programmatic concerns and modern city conception in a self-explained urban environment. Water management and human scaled spaces were the key features for the proposal.
