The project proposes a complete renovation of the spatial concept of the apartment. Two clearly outlined boxes organize the layout and embody the most private uses: bedrooms and bathrooms. Living areas: hall, living-room and kitchen generate an open, in-between continuum.

Pure, raw materials as concrete, solid oak and lacquered DMF create an idea of interior faƧades for the in-between more public spaces: living room, dining room and kitchen, all of them connected in a sequence of spaces.

Simple operations, such as changing the entrance point from the common areas of the building, or rotating the bathrooms pieces around the black water drainage systems, enabled a wider degree of freedom when designing the layout.

A great glass sliding door links the kitchen and the dinning-room, enabling a cross ventilation for the main living areas.
