This house reinterprets the idea of the patio house. The surroundings are not attractive and we propose a self-referred architecture. Semi-transparent walls, solved with lattice works, resemble the Muslim architecture. There is a constant reference of the garden from every interior space.

The entrance to the house proposes a clear sequence: platform, threshold, hall and patio, all of them with a traditional Portuguese white-stone mosaic.
