This building aims at maximizing the terraces surface. Cross-ventilated living units with living-rooms and kitchens facing south and protected from the solar radiation by the terraces, improve the energetic performance.

The urban regulations are taken to their limit in order to create an attractive folded façade to the South. The floorplans are organized in stripes of use: bedrooms, bathrooms and living (kitchen, dining-room and living rooms).  This enables a greater versatility in the layout of the apartments, as it allows greater refurbishment potentiality.

Raw-finished materials: brick and galvanized steel, provide the volume with natural textures and captivating reflexes. The origami-like brick stripes hide a, built-in, system of trusses, linking terraces to one another and producing a sort of weight-less nature in the façade.
