Located in one of the most charismatic office buildings in town, the new headquarters of CROPS aimed at a new fresh image of the company. Sevilla 2 Building is a very avant-garde construction from the 70’s, with a clear Anglo-Saxon approach to office buildings. Isotropic floor plans, perfectly standardized, enabled modular distributions of offices.

Our proposal aimed at a Berlin-like environment, leaving raw finishes combined with industrial details. Crops is a successful company devoted to vast crop fields management and the two partner engineers wanted a modern approach to a field traditionally reluctant to innovations.

The project locates a series of pieces of furniture that organizes the space, creating an almost completely open layout that also achieves the necessary levels of privacy in certain areas. A highly representative metal threshold creates the filter between the common corridor and the interior, as it generates a little waiting area. A cnc-carved logo of the company receives their clients.
